Return Policy Overview

At Buy Tires, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging and labels intact.
• Tires that have been mounted or used are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our Customer Service team at support@buyalltires.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the RMA number inside the package.
• Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Tires that have been mounted or used.
• Special order or custom-made items.
• Items that are not in their original condition or missing parts.

6. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we offer exchanges for the same item. Please contact our Customer Service team at support@buyalltires.com to arrange an exchange.

7. Restocking Fee

In certain cases, a restocking fee of 15% may apply for returns that are not due to our error. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
