Limited Warranty Overview

At Buy Tires, we offer a limited warranty on all of our tires to ensure that our customers can drive with confidence. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and other related issues as described below.

1. Warranty Coverage

• All tires purchased from Buy Tires are covered against defects in material and workmanship.
• The warranty coverage period begins on the purchase date and extends for up to five (5) years from the date of manufacture or six (6) years from the purchase date, whichever occurs first.
• The warranty covers replacement or prorated compensation, depending on the extent of tire wear at the time the defect is discovered.

2. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage caused by road hazards, such as punctures, cuts, or impacts.
• Improper installation, overloading, or under-inflation.
• Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance (e.g., misalignment, improper storage).
• Tires used for off-road purposes, racing, or commercial activities.
• Cosmetic issues that do not affect performance, such as surface scratches or irregularities.

3. Warranty Claims Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

• Contact our Customer Service team at support@buyalltires.com with your proof of purchase and details of the tire issue.
• Our team will assess the claim and determine whether the defect is covered under the warranty.
• If approved, you will receive either a replacement tire or a prorated credit towards the purchase of a new tire, depending on the extent of tire wear.

4. Prorated Adjustment Policy

If the tire defect is discovered after a significant amount of tread wear, the warranty claim will be processed based on a prorated calculation:

• The remaining tread depth will be used to calculate the prorated value of the tire.
• This prorated value will be applied as a credit toward the purchase of a replacement tire.

5. Tire Maintenance Requirements

To maintain the validity of your tire warranty, you must ensure proper tire care, including:

• Maintaining proper tire inflation according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
• Rotating tires regularly to ensure even wear.
• Ensuring proper wheel alignment and balance.
• Regular inspection of the tires for signs of damage or uneven wear.

6. Tire Replacement

If a tire is replaced under this warranty, the replacement tire will be covered for the remaining warranty period of the original tire.
